2 chicken breasts
Salt
Black pepper
White pepper
Oregano
Red chillies powder
Egg half
Cornflour 4 TBSP
Optional : Tikka masalah
mix well leave for 20 min
Now take a bowl add 5TBSP cornflour and 5TBSP flour and half tsp baking soda and blackpepper and salt all dry spices now mix them all!!
Take another bowl in which u put water atleast 3 cups
Now dip chicken breast into 1 and rub well with gentle hands than dip into 2 water count 10
than do not rub just take tat out vertically and shake it a bit so that extra water drops down dip again in 1
and rub again than shake so that extra flour drop down and deep fry in 170 degree for 7-9 min
